Kindred Paws

Small Group Workshop

Kindred Paws is a calm, human-only workshop for people who love their dog deeply but feel that traditional training advice doesn’t quite land. This 90-minute small-group experience isn’t about techniques, fixes, or behaviour plans. Instead, it creates space to slow down, think differently, and explore how you make sense of your dog’s behaviour, without pressure, judgement, or the need to perform. Through gently guided conversation and quiet reflection, you’ll leave with clearer thinking, better questions, and greater confidence in navigating moments of uncertainty. Kindred Paws isn’t about becoming a “better” dog owner; it’s about becoming calmer, more curious, and more compassionate towards your dog and yourself.

FOR THE WORKSHOP

Kindred Paws

A human-only workshop for people who want to see their dog differently

You love your dog.
You’re doing your best.
But something about the usual advice doesn’t quite fit.

Kindred Paws is a calm, human-only workshop for people who sense there’s more going on with their dog’s behaviour than “training” alone.

What this workshop is about

This isn’t a training session.
There are no techniques, fixes, or checklists.

Instead, we’ll slow things down and explore how we make sense of our dog’s behaviour — and what changes when we stop rushing to explain or fix it.

You’ll leave with
clearer thinking, better questions, and the confidence to know what to do when you don’t know what to do.

Why human-only?

Because when your dog isn’t there, you can stop managing.

No leads.
No treats.
No pressure.

Just space to think, reflect, and start seeing things differently.

How it works

  • You feel stuck or unsure about your dog’s behaviour
  • You want understanding, not quick fixes
  • You’ve felt overwhelmed or judged in training spaces
  • You care deeply about your relationship with your dog

This workshop is for you if:

  • Small group
  • No pressure to speak — listening is full participation
  • No going round the circle
  • No analysing or advice-giving

We guide the conversation gently and model a more curious, compassionate way of looking at behaviour.

It’s probably not for you if:

  • You want step-by-step training advice
  • You’re looking for solutions to specific behaviour problems
